Intensive Tennis Development and Training
Our Next Program Starts In
Mission
Founded in 2021 to introduce high-quality, intensive college training techniques to the next generation of tennis players
Share with them the knowledge gained from two years of Division I college tennis as well as a combined two decades of competitive junior tennis to impart lessons learned about the journey ahead.
Developing best practices for stroke production, point construction, match strategy, mental strength, and court attitude are the key themes. In addition, establishing routines and habits for pre-practice stretching and agility as well as post-practice cool down and journaling will be reinforced. The goal is to recommend a framework to these younger players that will enable them to reach their maximum potential while maintaining their love of the sport of tennis.
Guiding Principle
“I am grateful for having had the opportunity to compete for the Yale University’s tennis team for the past two years. The transition from junior to college tennis is profound and requires dedication and maturity. I have learned both tactical and practical skills to maximize my game and my success. Perspective and perseverance are critical. I am excited to share what I have learned and help the next generation be the best they can be, both on and off the court. There is no need to wait until college to begin implementing these frameworks into your mental and physical development.
The goal is to be the best version of yourself through hard work and dedication. We look forward to getting back on the courts with everyone.”
